* Empty Leg Days: Amount of (half)days the driver has no passengers in case starting and/or arrival destination differentiates from depot location.
Facilities on board
Often used for school trips, tours or professional trips. Basically a smaller version of the standard coach, but is more flexible and can therefore more easily reach locations where there are much narrower roads. Usually including TV, refrigerator, reclining seats etc.

Executive Coach with minimum 49-seater + 1 crew seat for the Tour Leader
TV/DVD/Music Player/Radio usable by Tour Leader
Air-conditioning/Heating
PA System/Microphone – that can be used by our Tour Manager also
Courier Seat - that can be used by our Tour Manager also, where a second driver is not present
Driver to load and unload luggage of passengers
Navigation system to be used by driver
All necessary safety feature as per EU standards
* Mandatory to wear seatbelt by passenger. Tour Leader should inform all guests prior departure.

Notes
- EU Driving Regulations to respect @ time: Vehicle hire will be for 10/12 hours as per EU regulations.
- Tips: 2 EURO per person per day which will be given to the driver directly in cash by the Tour Leader.
- Coach Registration documents for us to register for issuance of city permits.
- Each coach will be cleaned every night to maintain high hygiene and passenger satisfaction.

21 days prior to the date of departure by bank wire of credit card (3% surcharge by CC)
Tour information
When tour is materialized Rentabus.com needs to receive the final coach confirmation 5 days before with all tour details, such as passenger list, tour leader details, hotel list and any othertour particular information.
